Owned and operated by the Tran Family, brothers David and Sockha (and their mom) work practically non-stop to supply the locals and area restaurants with goods 6 days a week. Building a good relationship with our suppliers is always super important to us, but over the last six years in business we’ve been fortunate enough to form an outstanding relationship with the Tran’s. They go above and beyond and we can always count on them for placing those special orders and helping us out in a pinch.
Find us there multiple times a week (sometimes multiple times a day), picking up ingredients for the truck. Noodles of all kinds, rice paper, coconut milk, tofu, fresh produce & greens like like Yu Choy, Gai Lan, & Mustard Greens, hard-to-find herbs like rau ram, ngo om, fish mint, & ngo gai (culantro) along with pantry staples like whole spices, dried chilies, rice flour, oyster sauce, Thai soy sauces & fermented yellow bean paste can all be found there. Tran’s was one of the first accounts to take on our packaged products, and virtually all of the fresh ingredients in our curry pastes (like galangal, fresh turmeric, lemongrass, green birds-eye chilies, & makrut lime leaf) come to us through them. As we grow, we look forward to continuing to source from Tran’s for many years to come.
